WHAT PROBLEM?
One of our major businesses is to help clients process files. In a regular business cycle, clients put files to be processed onto FTP, and then Telamon Business Processors fetch these files from FTP, process them and put the results to the delivery FTP, and after that, clients get these results back.
With the growing clients, managing these FTP accounts and files seems challenging.
HOW IT HAPPENS?
Our company uses FTP to send and receive data accross Internet with our clients, and the software we are using for this purpose is FileZilla. Our current inconveniences are:
- There is not a common place for clients and us to manage multiple FTP accounts and access.
- Updates of any FTP accounts are hard to be followed by all related parties.
- It's hard for clients and us to aware and identify missing files.
- Not all of our clients are used to transferring files via FTP.
